Passive Information Collection

We track visitors movements through our Services using cookies from Google Tag Manager (GTM) with Google Analytics (GA), unless a "Do Not Track" signal has been received. Rest assured, we have setup these cookies to collect information in an anonymous fashion and provide us with useful information; such as number of visitors, their general location, which pages are visited, and the browser and operating system of the device used. This information is used to better understand how users interact with the Services so we can enhance customer experience in the future.

Cookies are small data files transferred to your computer's hard drive by a website. They keep a record of your preferences making subsequent visits more efficient. We use a combination Cookies and LocalStorage, collectively referred to as "cookies", to track your preferences and activities throughout our Services. We will never store personally identifiable information in cookies.

The types of cookies that we use are as follows:

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential to enable you to interact with our Services and use its features, such as submitting a Contact form request. Without these cookies, many of the requested Services may function poorly or be completely unavailable. There are 4 strictly necessary cookies used with our Services, they are as follows:

  • 3rd Party Cookie Consent: A simple LocalStorage item and Cookie combination that contains your decision to accept or decline our use of 3rd party analytics cookies. This cookie will only ever contain a single word: "accept" or "decline".
  • "Do Not Track" Signal Received: A simple LocalStorage item that notifies our Services that you have seen the message informing you of our compliance with your "Do Not Track" preferences. When it exists, it will contain only the number one ("1").
  • Session/Transient Cookie: Session Cookies contain anonymous data which cannot be attributed to a specific person or entity, and are used to ensure a secure connection, track your authentication status, contain shopping cart items, and various other important data the Services need to complete your requested interaction. Session cookies are created with each new visit and are deleted automatically when the browser is closed.
  • CSRF/XSRF Cookie: Cross-Site Request Forgery Cookies are used to prevent malicious individuals or software from hijacking or otherwise deceiving users into performing unwanted or malicious actions against or through the Services. CSRF/XSRF Cookies are created with each visit and are deleted automatically when the browser is closed.
Performance Cookies

These 3rd party cookies are used to track visitors movements through our Services and are created by Google Tag Manager (GTM) with Google Analytics (GA). These cookies collect information in an anonymous fashion to track the number of visitors, their general location, which pages are visited, and the browser and operating system of the device used. These cookies contain pseudonymous data which cannot be attributed to a specific person without extensive use of additional confidential or private information that is unavailable to the Services issuing them.

OFF "Do Not Track" Preferences

We respect your right to online privacy. As such, our Services monitor for and behave differently if your device or browser transmits a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or similar message. When our Services receive a DNT signal, we won't track or record your visit, no tracking cookies will be created, nor will we collect any personally identifiable information about you or your device unless you volunteer such information through purchases, site registrations, or otherwise submitting information to the Services.

To reduce spam and other unintended uses of the Services any device or browser transmitting a DNT signal will receive a new Session Cookie with each page view, form submittal, or other request sent to the Services.

Your browser is NOT sending a DNT signal.
